Petition for discretionary review prior to determination by the Court of Appeals, filed with the NC Supreme Court. Sought bypass of the Court of Appeals to bring the felony disenfranchisement case directly before the Supreme Court, arguing the constitutional significance of restoring voting rights to tens of thousands of North Carolinians.
