Joint Motion for Stay and Settlement Agreement

Joint motion to stay the COVID decarceration case following a settlement agreement reached after nearly a year of litigation and mediated negotiations. Under the settlement, the state agreed to effectuate early reentry of 3,500 incarcerated people: at least 1,500 within 90 days and the remainder within 180 days.
